Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it’s unlikely we’ll be able to fill the space, meaning lost time and income for our team.

To ensure fairness for both our clients and stylists:

• If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours or the appointment is missed, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
